Brian McFadden fans have been left concerned after the former Westlife singer posted an alarming video of himself with a hugely swollen face.
The Boyzlife star, 42, told his many Instagram followers he'd had an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Despite having swollen lips and puffy eyes, Brian was able to poke fun at himself as he wrote: "Free Botox and fillers!"".
The singer also said he was "owning" how he looked.

Captioning the post, he said: "Stung by a bee and got an allergic reaction!! Owning that look! Free Botox and fillers!!!!!". A number of concerned fans quickly flocked to the comments section.
Thia Gaveno said: "Omg [crying emojis] get well soon", while Helena Holmes said: "Holy s***. Great sense of humour though". Christie Leigh Smith said: "Get well soon!".
Carlos said: "Hehe… Get better soon, Brian! A good attitude is essential for a good recovery". Sheila said: "Omg! That looks painful! Hope your better soon". Nicola Ferguson said: "Omg I got stung by a wasp few weeks back had a terrible reaction well I thought I had until I've see you".
Brian has also shared a video his friend uploaded of the two on their way to see a doctor.
