The brewery previously attracted attention for offering free beer if President Donald Trump dies.
Minocqua Brewing Company faced significant negative comments for its McConnell promotion and criticized Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear regarding a potential Senate vacancy.
The brewery is currently facing the potential loss of its alcohol permit from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, which its owner vows to fight.
State officials seized canned beer from the company in June over alleged illegal imports, and the FBI and Secret Service interviewed the owner in April regarding a controversial social media post about the president.
