Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has previously admitted that he never wants to play against Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale again.
The north Londoners welcome Rodgers' side to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hoping to continue their perfect start to the 2022/23 Premier League campaign following last week's 2-0 win against Crystal Palace. Last season, the Gunners beat the Foxes 2-0 home and away in the league, with young shot-stopper Ramsdale producing a plethora of standout saves in both matches.
Speaking about Rodgers on the Peter Crouch podcast, Ramsdale said: "He spoke to me after and said I don't want to play against you again, sort of thing." The former Liverpool boss even claimed that the Arsenal star was the best English 'keeper at this moment in time.
