Paul Cattermole's cause of death has been confirmed after the S Club 7 star died last month.
The singer's death at age 46 left friends, family, fans and former bandmates devastated after he was found dead in his ground floor flat in Wareham, Dorset.
Since his death, which took place before his band S Club 7 were due to reunite for a 25th anniversary tour, S Club member Hannah Spearritt announced her decision not to continue with the reunion tour, but the rest of the band will reunite.
Now, Dorset Coroner's Service has finished investigating Paul's death and confirmed the cause.
The coroner's service has confirmed Paul died of natural causes and no inquest into the singer's death will take place.
However Dorset Police, who found Paul's body on April 6, said their enquiries were "ongoing".
Following his death, a spokeswoman for the coroner said: "We confirm that Mr Cattermole died from natural causes and our investigations have concluded. As his death was from natural causes there will be no inquest."
Paul's death was announced by his family and his band S Club 7 last month, with fans and famous friends flooding social media with tributes and sharing their memories of the late star.
A statement from the band to announce Paul's death read: "We are truly devastated by the passing of our brother Paul. There are no words to describe the deep sadness and loss we all feel. We were so lucky to have had him in our lives and are thankful for the amazing memories we have.
"He will be so deeply missed by each and every one of us. We ask that you respect the privacy of his family and of the band at this time."
The Don't Stop Movin' singer's body was discovered in his home on April 6, one day prior to the news of his death being made public.
A statement from his family read: "It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son and brother Paul Cattermole.
"Paul was found yesterday, 6th April 2023 at his home in Dorset and was pronounced dead later that afternoon.
"While the cause of death is currently unknown, Dorset Police has confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances. Paul’s family, friends and fellow members of S Club request privacy at this time."
Paul's tragic passing came just weeks on from S Club 7 announcing their plans to reunite ahead of their 25th anniversary as a band.
In a statement issued in February this year, Paul, Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, Jo O'Meara, Jon Lee, Rachel Stevens, and Tina Barrett, said: "After eight years it feels amazing to announce that we're reuniting and performing together again. We're so excited to bring the S Club Party back to our fans across the country to celebrate 25 years of S Club 7.
"We can't even believe it's been so long! Music and friendship have always been at the core of everything that we've ever done. We hope everyone can join us for one big party!"
Tickets went on sale later the same month, with more dates added due to demand.
The band have decided to continue with the tour – which has been renamed to The Good Times Tour, but Hannah has decided not to take part.
Band members Rachel Stevens, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Jo O'Meara and Bradley McIntosh appeared in a video on social media to announce the news and pay tribute to Paul.
Jon started off by apologising for not speaking out sooner and said Paul's death has been a "shock" for them and it "took them a while" to figure out how to talk about losing their "brother Paul".
Rachel added they've been spending time supporting each other while Tina said: "It's just really sad and really hard to process it right now."
Bradley paid tribute to their pal and explained: "We're all still in so much disbelief and Paul was a big brother to us and you guys out there.
"He truly was a unique specimen of a human being. No one can ever replace our Paul but he lives on inside each and every one of us."
While holding back tears, Jo said: "When he walked into a room, you'd definitely know that he was there because he'd light it up with humour and love and [he was] just a really special person."
