We received an update about an hour before game time that the Spartans will also be missing Antonio Gates Jr. in this one.
Michigan State football will be down a pair of key offensive playmakers in Saturday’s road game at Boston College.
College football insider Matt Zenitz of 247Sports reported late on Friday night that Spartans wide receivers Nick Marsh and Jaron Glover will be out with injuries vs. Boston College on Saturday. Michigan State football insider Justin Thind of 247Sports has since confirmed Zenitz’s report.
The expectation is that Michigan State will be without two starting receivers — Nick Marsh and Jaron Glover — tomorrow vs. Boston College due to injuries, sources tell @247Sports/@CBSSports.

Marsh leads the Spartans in receiving through three games with 232 receiving yards and one touchdown. Glover has six receptions for 84 yards and one touchdown this year. Glover missed last week’s game against Prairie View A&M as well.
Kickoff between the Spartans and Eagles is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on Saturday. The game will be televised on the ACC Network.
