Chelsea have suffered another injury setback after Denis Zakaria had to be substituted during the Premier League clash against Fulham. The Swiss midfielder had been enjoying a strong run in Graham Potter's side but picked up an injury to his leg in the second half at Craven Cottage.
Zakaria was replaced by Jorginho just minutes after Kalidou Koulibaly had equalised for the Blues following former star Willian's opener. Joao Felix has since been sent off on his Chelsea debut for a rash challenge following a positive start to the match.
Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic were both injured in the match against Manchester City in the Premier League last week, with the latter set to be absent for a number of weeks. Zakaria is likely to undergo scans after the match to find out the extent of his injury.
