Ary Borges has come a long way in a short time, accomplishing something that neither Pele nor Ronaldinho could do and earning high accolades from Brazilian superstar colleague Marta in the process.

The 23-year-old made her debut in the Women's World Cup when Brazil thrashed Panama 4-0 in Adelaide, scoring three goals and setting up another.
