Brave four-year-old girl Fiadh O'Connor has died at home in her mammy's arms.
Fiadh, who had terminal cancer, died peacefully at home, her heartbroken family announced today.
The family of the little girl from Kilbride, the Ballagh, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, had in recent weeks appealed to the public to secure palliative care so that she could die at home.
