A young boy is looking forward to fun-filled holidays after learning how to walk all over again following a horror car accident.
Little Denis-Jack Ward, six, from East Lothian, suffered a nasty open fracture to his leg when he was struck by a car in front of his horrified family. But now the youngster has battled back to fitness - even playing golf and football.
