Tickets for the launch night on November 30, will be priced at £10 and available from the Comedy Club website with doors opening at 7 pm.
The club plan to host events in three venues over the Glasgow International Comedy Festival, supporting talent from Glasgow and further afield including New York City.
Commenting on the new club, resident MC Billy Kirkwood said: "It's great to bring comedy back to this room, following in the footsteps of Susie McCabe & Kevin Bridges who have both sold out this venue in recent years.
"We've got big plans, and putting popular acts like Weegie Hink Ae That & Scott Agnew on the bill are just the start. Watch this space!"
