Brain teaser: Can you find the thief among these four?

Here's a new challenge for you. This one is different and requires you to have an exceptionally analytical mindset to solve it. In this picture you can see there are four individuals: a woman with a child, a photography enthusiast, a cashier working in the mall, and a man dressed as a pilot.

The challenge is to find the thief in this picture; the task is to find the person who has stolen someone's wallet.

To make it easier for you, each picture has the recorded statements of each of these individuals.

Out of the four people depicted here, only one is not telling the truth regarding their alibi. The mother with the child argues that she was "watching her kid", the man with the camera insists he was taking pictures, thus it wasn't him. While the pilot claims he "didn't see anything," the cashier maintains that she couldn't have stolen the wallet because she was "already helping the next customer."

So, who was it?

Engaging in daily mental exercise such as solving challenging puzzles, brain teasers, or optical illusions can help maintain mental fitness and stimulation. Solving brain-twisting puzzles can improve your cognitive function and help keep your mind in good working order, much as regular exercise keeps your body healthy.

So why not give this incredibly challenging brainteaser a go if you're searching for a way to push your mental limits today? All you have to do is take a closer look at the picture to determine who took the wallet. One of the individuals in the picture is lying, while the other three are speaking the truth.

The answer

The man in the pilot's outfit is the one who stole the wallet. He must be lying because there is no way he could have poor vision as a pilot and still be able to operate his aircraft. Were you able to resolve the issue?
