A psychologist and body language expert raised 'red flags' on Wednesday over Senator Mitch McConnell's behaviour in footage from his return to Congress after a lengthy medical absence.
Dr John Garrison said the Kentucky Republican's appearance suggested possible neurological problems and questioned whether he remained capable of carrying out his Senate duties, at one point saying his 'brain is not working in concert with his face'.
