Boston Celtics President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens has three weeks to go before the NBA’s trade deadline on Feb. 10. The team is currently sitting at a 23-22 record as the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference.

He spoke on a number of the team’s young players and head coach Ime Udoka. He also tackled some of the reasons behind the team’s struggles to repeat past successes this season, including some shooting and late-game performance.
