One of the tragic victims killed in a BMW crash was planning his upcoming 18th birthday party, his family has said.
Elliot Pullen, 17, and Daniel Hancock, 18, were tragically killed alongside another 18-year-old passenger who has not been named yet.
The car driver and a fourth passenger are fighting for their lives in hospital following the crash in Marcham, Oxfordshire, in the early hours of Tuesday.
