Boy, 16, stabbed after leaving house party in Leeds and now has 'potentially life-changing' injuries

A boy has suffered "potentially life-changing injuries" after being stabbed while leaving a house party in Leeds.

West Yorkshire Police (WYP) say a 16-year-old was found with serious injuries in Sholebroke Terrace, Potternewton, on Sunday, May 21. He had suffered injuries consistent with a 'bladed weapon', according to the force.

The boy is understood to have been at a house party in the street and police believe he was attacked by 'two males' after leaving the event. It has also been established that a number of people were in the area at the time of the incident and may have witnessed it.
