
Amnesty International has slammed the UK government’s anti-terror scheme as “chilling” after an 11-year-old boy was referred to it for making a joke during a fire drill.
The boy, named Zain in the human rights charity’s damning report on the programme, was reported to Prevent after he said he hoped the school would “burn down”.
