NEW DELHI: Breaking their silence for the first time since a controversy over their selection hit the women’s world boxing championships, Nitu Ghanghas and Jaismine Lamboria, whose place in the 12-member Indian squad was challenged by teammates, said they didn’t allow ‘external factors’ to affect their preparations for the event.
They said they were confident of retaining their spots in the team despite their names being dragged to court by the aggrieved boxers.
