Big-hitting Australian boxer Brock Jarvis has traded vicious verbal blows with Keith Thurman to set the stage for a spicy super-welterweight showdown in Sydney.

Taking offence to being branded a "Bondi bitch", Jarvis promised to knock Thurman's lights out at the Horden Pavilion on Wednesday night.
