NEW DELHI: Amit Panghal, the first Indian male pugilist to win a World Championships silver medal and once the face of the country’s boxing, is getting married to his longtime sweetheart.

Just like Neeraj Chopra surprised everyone by getting married ‘secretly’ to tennis player-turned-sports management graduate Himani Mor, Panghal, who has represented India twice at the Olympics, got engaged to Anshul Sheokand from Haryana’s Jind at a private ceremony on Sunday.
