Ten-man Botafogo secured their first-ever Copa Libertadores title with a 3-1 win against fellow Brazilian side Atletico Mineiro at River Plate's Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires on Saturday.

Botafogo played with ten men for almost the entire game, following Gregore's red card in the opening minute. Despite this, they displayed remarkable resilience and spirit to claim the victory.
