Boss confirms discreet 'coffee test' he performs in job interviews to choose who to hire

A top UK hiring boss has explained a discreet 'coffee cup test' he performs on potential employees when deciding who NOT to hire.

Trent Innes, the CEO of software company Compono uses the technique during the competitive interviewing process when looking for dud candidates.

Trent even went so far as to say that anyone who fails the test would be blacklisted for any future positions, The Mirror reports.
