Chelsea resume their Champions League campaign with a trip to the Signal Iduna Park as they face Borussia Dortmund in the round of 16 first leg midweek. Graham Potter's side will be hoping to to put their disappointing league form to one side as they look to produce a shock in Germany ahead of the second leg at Stamford Bridge and fight for a place in the quarter-finals.
The Blues go into this match at 2/1 with Betfred to take a first-leg lead to Stamford Bridge but Dortmund are the favourites at 11/8 and are storming it when you look at their domestic form going into this match while a draw is 23/10. Potter will be hoping Dortmund's woeful run against English clubs continues going into this match as the Bundesliga side are winless in their last 10 meetings against English opposition in European competitions - their last victory was 2-1 against Spurs in the Europa League scored by none other than Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang back in March 2016.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will be looking for some positivity after failing to win in their last three league outings ahead of their trip to the Rhine. The former Brighton head coach could become only the second English coach to win away in Germany in the UEFA's top-tier competition with Sir Bobby Robson the last to achieve the feat back in February 2003 against Bayer Leverkusen for Newcastle United.
