Boris Johnson views country house worth £4.5million while wife Carrie shops at Harrods

Boris Johnson is shopping around for a multi-million pound country pile with his wife Carrie.

The pair viewed a property with a price tag of £4.5million near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, earlier this month. As reported by the Mirror, the owners bought it for £2.8m in 2014.

A spokesman for Mr Johnson, 58, said the former Prime Minister was not intending to make an offer on the house in Bells Yew Green. They added that he does not know the owners.
