Boots has sent shoppers into a frenzy after slashing the price of a popular designer perfume to nearly half price.
The Burberry Weekend Eau de Parfum would usually set you back £83, but has been reduced to £45.88 in the sale. The fragrance is designed with top notes of wild rose, red cyclamen and peach flower to create what the luxury brand describes as "a casual and sparkling floral, fruity scent".
Customers have fallen in love with the perfume, with 90% of Boots buyers recommending it to others as they praised its long-lasting smell. Shoppers hailed the scent as "sophisticated" and "delicious", with many saying that it is their favourite go-to perfume for everyday wear.
