Grown Alchemist are new to Boots, but being owned by the L’Occitane brand, it’s easy to see why it's already proven popular with shoppers, with the exfoliator racking up more than 500 five star reviews, with some calling it a ‘miracle in a bottle’.
One said: “I bought this about a month ago when I was on the internet, scrolling trying to find a good exfoliant. Then I stumbled upon this miracle in a bottle, and it did so well. Within a month of using it, my skin felt like velvet, it was so soft! And the product felt so nice to my skin. 10/10, I would buy a million of these If I could afford it.”
Other’s loved its ‘heavenly scent’, while others found the pink grapefruit and patchouli fragrance ‘a bit overwhelming’.
Amid the cost of living crisis, these beauty boxes appear to be a great way to restock your cosmetics or save on gifts throughout the year on a budget, with LookFantastic, M&S and more hopping in on the trend.
The men’s beauty box from Boots rivals that of offerings from LookFantastic, whose Father’s Day edit comes in at £55 , with £141 worth of products, also featuring brands like Elemis, as well as Rituals and Bulldog. It costs £17 more, but shoppers do save a similar amount of money based on the value.]
