Boots shoppers have heaped praise on a £5 skincare spray that calms down redness and eases the effects of sunburn.
Avène Thermal Spring Water, which is stocked at Boots, is said to be naturally soothing, softening and an anti-irritant mist suitable for sensitive skin. The product comes in three sizes; 50ml (£5.75), 150ml (£10) and 300ml (£15.50). Boots is also promoting an offer of 3 for 2 on selected Avène products.
According to Avène’s website, a ‘thermal water’ is “naturally mineralised spring water whose composition remains constant over time, making it suitable for therapeutic use”. A key ingredient to making the soothing spray easy on the skin is its low mineral content and neutral pH level, which helps to reduce sensitivity and restores skin balance, reports MyLondon.
