Boots has issued a warning over a kids multivitamins product over fears it could pose a health risk to anyone with a soya allergy.
According to the Food Standards Agency, Boots Kids Daily Health Multivitamins Strawberry Flavour Gummies have been recalled because they have been mispacked with gummies that contain soya, which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible risk for anyone with an allergy to soya.
The FSA says: "If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to soya, do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund, with or without a receipt. For more information contact the Boots Customer Care team on 0800 9150004."
