The weekend of the spring game is typically a good one for recruiting and Ohio State is capitalizing on it. Already getting a commitment from Tennessee tight end Max LeBlanc, head coach Ryan Day was looking for more.
Day found it, as instate running back Sam Williams-Dixon became the second Buckeye verbal of the day. The 5-foot, 11-inch and 203 pound back is rated as an athlete by the 247Sports composite and that should be changed after they make their next update.
Buy Buckeyes TicketsAlthough he isn’t ranked high, just the 79th athlete and 677th overall prospect, Williams-Dixon is much better than his ranking. He is the 12th commit of the 2024 recruiting cycle that has recently added some of the top offensive player in the country.
