Newcastle United may have just ended their 20 year Champions League hiatus but the bookmakers are already predicting big things for next season. The Magpies booked their place in Europe's elite competition with a 0-0 draw with struggling Leicester City but the result on the night didn't stop the carnival atmosphere at St. James' Park.
Many, if not all, Newcastle supporters would have taken a top-half finish and a cup run this season, but Eddie Howe and his side have defied expectations and reached a Carabao Cup Final and the Champions League anthem will return to Tyneside. Betfair have the Toon down as the 15/2 second favourites for the Premier League title at 15/2 behind this years winners Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola's side are on course to complete a treble this season with the FA Cup and Champions League final still to play. Arsenal's dip in form come the end of the season allowed City to pick up their third successive title and their fifth in six seasons.

The Toon are tipped to finish above the Gunners and Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool, while Manchester United and Chelsea are among the early outsiders. Of course, Howe will have a different task at hand next season, needing to manage expectations and build steadily.
Speaking post-match, the Newcastle boss told Sky Sports: " It’s been a great evening for us. [Our target for the season] certainly wasn’t top four.
"I think you always hope, you have to believe and you have to dream, but we didn’t feel we were ready for that. After last season’s battle against relegation it was could we consolidate and become a better team and not have that flirtation with relegation we had the season before?
"The lads have just been unbelievable for me this year, I can’t praise them enough. Their mentality, their attitude, what they’ve given me and the club has been incredible."
