The Booker Prize is one of the most prestigious annual award given to the best work of fiction written in the English language and published in the UK or Ireland in the previous year. The winner announcement for the Booker Prize is generally done in mid-October, however this year it has now been postponed to the end of November.
The venue for this year's Booker Prize award ceremony has also been changed to Old Billingsgate in London, where it will be held for the first time.
