Caviar lovers and interested members of the public are invited to join Thailand's first-ever public masterclass on caviar which will take place on May 27 from 10-11.30am. The venue is the Lecture Hall of The Campus on the lower lobby of Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Ratchadamri Road. Refreshments will be served from 9.30-10am.
Organised by Thai Sturgeon Farm and Caviar House, "The Mystery & Myths of Caviar" masterclass will be conducted in English by Alexey Tyutin, co-founder of both companies and managing director of Thai Sturgeon Farm.
The masterclass will take participants to learn why caviar became one of the most sought-after delicacies throughout the ages by tsars, emperors and kings, as well as its extraordinary health benefits.
After the session, you will become a caviar connoisseur by knowing the differences between various types through sight, smell and taste, so you can identify your caviar preference.
The fee is 1,000 baht and seats are limited to 40. To secure attendance, a registration fee should be transferred to Caviar House's Kasikornbank (KBank) account number 001-135-8667.
