A child protection lawyer has called for a safeguarding assessment after adult-content creator Bonnie Blue said she planned to auction her newborn's name, arguing that a baby cannot consent to being part of a 'rage-bait strategy'. Nieki Shaw said the child's identity was being drawn into Blue's 'stunts, brands and rage-baits'.
Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, said in an Instagram video that she would auction her baby's name the following week. She said the proposal would keep the child in a 'higher tax bracket' than people she accused of 'living off benefits and claiming unseen disabilities'.
