Elias Kachunga believes the tests for Bolton Wanderers will continue to get stronger after their clash against Stockport County with games against Championship sides Watford and Huddersfield Town on the horizon.
Wanderers were in action yesterday afternoon against League Two side County behind closed doors at the Hatters' Carrington training complex. The game ended in a 2-2 draw.
Will Collar put County into the lead after the 60 minute mark, only for Wanderers to draw level moments later through Kachunga. The Whites went in front not long after thanks to Liverpool loanee Conor Bradley, but Myles Hippolyte levelled after to ensure the behind closed doors contest ended in a draw.

Wanderers have several more pre-season clashes to follow in the coming weeks before the League One season starts away to Ipswich Town at the end of this month. Games against Championship sides Watford and Huddersfield follow soon.
Kachunga is under no illusions of the tests which will soon follow after the win over the Hatters in pre-season. Though it is not competitive football just yet, he is pleased to be in a rich vein of goalscoring form with three goals in as many games and is satisfied with what the team has showed in the build-up to the campaign so far.
He said: “Every game is getting stronger and stronger – we have a few games left now where the opponents will get stronger and we will learn from it. It is always good to score goals – I think we need to keep it going and then we will see what happens when the season comes.
“I think it is exciting. There will be opportunities for everyone, we have good quality in attack and everyone will be fighting for a place in the team. We have to make sure we stay in top shape.
“I think we are in good condition. The club gave us a good plan over the summer and then when we went over to Portugal our running stats were right up there, so now we have to come together to get the shape and the detail right.
"Every player is the same. It is hard and you have to be at your limit. There are hard days with a lot of sessions and some days you can feel tired but you know at the end of the season is will be worth all the work.
"At this moment I think we have had a good pre-season and the games have had plenty of goals."
