Bolton Wanderers confirmed lineup & squad vs Charlton Athletic as six changes made

Bolton Wanderers boss Ian Evatt has made six changes to his side to take on Charlton Athletic this afternoon.

The Whites are back at the University of Bolton Stadium to take on the Addicks in the third tier of English football. They go into the encounter on the back of a win following the Papa Johns Trophy success over Crewe Alex in midweek.

Wanderers take on the Addicks this afternoon aiming to get back to winning ways in League One. Bolton have tasted defeat at the hands of Sheffield Wednesday and Plymouth Argyle and will be aiming to avoid three league losses on the bounce.

And for the game against Ben Garner's side, Evatt has opted to make six changes from the side which beat the Railwaymen in midweek. James Trafford returns as goalkeeper in place of Joel Dixon.

Despite a promising debut against Crewe, Eoin Toal makes way in the heart of defence for captain Ricardo Santos and have Gethin Jones and George Johnston alongside him. Conor Bradley starts at right wing-back.

Wanderers have opted to start Jack Iredale in place of the former Swansea City man. In central midfield, George Thomason remains in the team.

He is partnered in the middle by MJ Williams, while Kieran Lee starts in the number 10 role. Upfront, Dion Charles is joined by Amadou Bakayoko.

On the bench this afternoon for Wanderers are Declan John, Kieran Sadlier, Will Aimson, Aaron Morley, Dapo Afolayan, Kyle Dempsey and Elias Kachunga.
