Ian Evatt is hopeful the injury suffered by Shola Shoretire in Bolton's win over Charlton isn't a serious one.
Manchester United starlet Shoretire has joined play-off-chasing Bolton Wanderers on loan for the rest of the season to gain some valuable first-team experience after falling behind the pecking order at Old Trafford. Erik ten Hag rates the versatile forward highly and blocked a potential loan exit in the summer in order to oversee his development, but with the likes of Alejandro Garnacho, Kobbie Mainoo and Facundo Pellistri overtaking him in the ranks he has now been allowed to leave.
Shoretire has made a bright start to life at Wanderers as he has put in impressive displays in his first two starts against Forest Green and Charlton. The 18-year-old has already dazzled with his quick feet and incisive passing but his afternoon at the Valley on Saturday ended in disappointment.
