Body of 22-year-old man found in Scots home as cops launch sudden death probe

Police are investigating the sudden death of a 22-year-old man at a home in Inverness.

Officers were called to a property at Admiral's View Westhill on Sunday March 12.

The body of the 22-year-old was discovered inside. Police say they are investigating the cause of the death, which they are currently treating as "unexplained".

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal "in due course," a spokesperson for Police Scotland said.

They added: "Officers are investigating following the sudden death of a man within a property in the Admiral’s View area of Westhill, Inverness, on Sunday, 12 March, 2023.

“The death of the 22-year-old is being treated as unexplained. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
