Body found on beach near Anstruther golf club as cops probe death

A ‘sudden death’ investigation has been launched by police after a body was found on a beach in Fife.

Emergency services were called to the beauty spot near Anstruther after the alarm was raised at around 6.40am on Friday, March 10.

Officers remain at the scene while enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
