A body has been found in Glasgow in the search for a missing Ayrshire mum.
Police confirmed this morning that Lisa Haining's family has been informed after the sad discovery in a car in the Leggatston Road area of Darnley yesterday afternoon.
The 50-year-old vanished from her home in Dundonald more than a week ago and her distraught family made multiple appeals for her safe return.

Described as a 'beautiful soul' the NHS nurse was driving her distinctive Renault Twingo car when she was last seen leaving the village in the early hours of January 20.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Formal identification has yet to take place but the family of Lisa Haining, reported missing from Dundonald, have been informed.
"There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
