A body has been found in the search for a missing Paisley woman.
Police have confirmed that the body of a woman has been recovered from water in the Linwood area of Renfrewshire, around 17:35pm on Thursday, February 24.
The woman is still to be formally identified, however the family of 38-year-old Harshita Gottipatti, who was reported missing from the Millarston area of Paisley on February 22, has been informed.
There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal in due course.
