A body has been found by police in the search for missing North Ayrshire man Andrew Linton.
Andrew, 43, was last seen in the Corsehill area of Kilwinning around 5:35am on Wednesday February 22.
Officers have confirmed that a body was found in Eglinton Country Park around 11am this morning.
A spokesperson said: "Formal identification has yet to take place however the family of missing man Andrew Linton has been informed.
"There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
