A man who was reported missing after leaving St James's Hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning has sadly been found dead in Leeds, West Yorkshire Police (WYP) have confirmed.
A spokesperson for WYP said officers were called to business premises on Roseville Road, Leeds, at 2.32pm on Monday where the body of a man had been found. "The identity was confirmed as being Gareth Booth, aged 45, who was reported missing after leaving St James’s Hospital in the early hours of Sunday," they continued.
Police have confirmed Gareth's death is not being treated as suspicious and his family has been informed.

In a statement released this morning (Tues), the force said: "A man who had been reported missing in Leeds has been found dead. At 2.32pm yesterday, officers were called to a report of a body having been found outside business premises in Roseville Road, Leeds.
"The identity was confirmed as being Gareth Booth, aged 45, who was reported missing after leaving St James’s Hospital in the early hours of Sunday. His family have been informed. There were no suspicious circumstances and the Coroner’s Office has been informed."
