Gardai are investigating after a body was discovered in Ashbourne, Co Meath this afternoon.
Gardai have said that the body was found in "unexplained circumstances", and that the scene is currently preserved with the Garda Technical Bureau on route to the scene.
A garda spokeswoman said: " The office of the State Pathologist have been notified. The results of the post-mortem will determine the course of the investigation.
"No further information is available at this time."
