Archaeologists have identified four skeletons at the site of an old Cork pub, which is believed to be a mass burial pit where they met a tragic end.
In October last year, former pub Nancy Spain's on Barrack Street was taken over by Cork City Council and was in the process of being demolished - but builders found skeletal remains.
Further investigations have now led to the discovery of six bodies in total.
