In an exciting collaboration, actor Bob Odenkirk and writer Derek Kolstad are joining forces once again for a new crime thriller called 'Normal.' Following their successful partnership on the hit film 'Nobody,' this upcoming project is set to bring yet another unexpected twist to the action genre.
'Normal,' which will be launched for sales by WME Independent at Berlin's European Film Market, showcases Odenkirk as the lead character Ulysses, a temporary sheriff in the town of Normal. Described by Kolstad as the 'substitute teacher of the sheriff world,' Ulysses is on the run from his troubled past. However, when the town's bank falls victim to an outsider robbery, Ulysses finds himself uncovering a dark criminal conspiracy that reaches deep into the heart of Normal. According to Odenkirk, 'Normal' possesses a unique quality rarely seen in action movies. Drawing inspiration from the early Bourne films, the movie promises to deliver a thrilling blend of suspense and mystery on par with the works of M. Night Shyamalan.
