BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints Tara Cowley to lead its planning team

BNP Paribas Real Estate BNP Paribas Scotland

BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has appointed Tara Cowley to lead its new team offering planning and development advice across the key sectors.

Cowley was made head of Planning in Scotland at BNP Paribas and is joined by Jay Skinner as a senior planner.

She has 18 years’ experience and has led the Strutt & Parker planning team in Scotland for close to four years, specialising in the rural sector.
