BMW Maps with Driver Assistance combines navigation and active-safety visuals into a single 3D map display.
BMW will roll the feature out on Operating System X vehicles starting October 2026.
Highway Assistant 2 can execute automated lane changes using the shared 3D view after the driver confirms with a glance.

BMW's next dashboard doesn't just tell you where to turn; it shows you why the car is about to change lanes, rendered in the same 3D space as your route on cars running BMW Operating System X.
