BMW M recently hit a major milestone: one million vehicles produced. The occasion was marked by a special BMW M3 rolling off the assembly line in Munich, Germany, finished in BMW Individual Fire Orange III.
The keys to the M3 were symbolically handed over by Peter Weber, head of the Munich plant, to Frank van Meel, CEO of BMW M, during a ceremony that looked back at the performance brand's history while also offering a glimpse at where it's headed next.
