MUMBAI: Barely 24 hours after inspecting the Khar flat of Amravati MP Navneet Rana & MLA Ravi Rana, the BMC on Tuesday served a showcause notice to them for unauthorised construction works.
The notice which has been served by the designated officer of H west ward of the BMC who has said that they (Ranas) have changed the approved use of the premises and therefore under section 351 of the BMC act 1888, they should submit in writing on why the said work should not be pulled down and the use of premises restored.
