BlueScope predator is comfortable about moving on

One of the companies eyeing off Australia's biggest steelmaker says the multi-billion dollar offer it made with a partner is a full one, and that it's comfortable about moving on.

The Stokes family-controlled listed SGH had teamed up with US firm Steel Dynamics to make a prospective $13.2 billion takeover bid - equivalent to $30 per share - for BlueScope, which reports its interim results next week.
