Blue Origin, the space company founded by Jeff Bezos, successfully resumed its spaceflights today after a two-year hiatus. The launch took place in Texas, marking a significant milestone for the company.
One of the notable crew members on this flight is Ed Dwight, who was selected as the first black astronaut candidate by President John F. Kennedy in 1961. This journey to space is particularly significant for Dwight, as it is his first time experiencing space travel.
